To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, we will process the exchange or refund promptly.

Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
